My stay at the hotel was quite eventful. I had the option for access to the atrium, hot tubs, and the breakfast area directly from my room, which was convenient. However, the noise from the adjoining room with a family fighting in the morning and laughing the next was a bit disruptive.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The room was somewhat dated with a squishy bed, but the large TV was a plus. The breakfast seemed promising but was served cold. On the bright side, the back entrance opened to a beautiful common area with water features.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Despite some issues with the thermostat, the overall experience was great. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and offering unexpected tropical vibes in Billings.
The hotel rooms were nice, cool, and comfortable, but the A/C could have been colder even with full blast. The rooms were of average size, clean, spacious, and overall great. The service was wonderful and very accommodating, although some staff members were unwelcoming. The location was perfect for my needs, not far from the highway but quiet enough to avoid noise, and close to shopping areas and Costco. The dining experience was very good, with a nice and comfortable room and a better selection compared to chain hotels. Overall, a great stay despite some minor issues.
